There is a new video talking about Smart Exporter, anyone who has never used it, it is a very useful tool to extract data directly from SAP without the need of having to go through 3rd parties
There is the smart exporter option, I have used it in the past and it is very powerful but you have to purchase it and get it set-up for a direct connection to SAP or it can generate requests for you that you can give to your SAP IT people so they can extract the information.
Also when I was working in SAP I know there is a T code that gives you access to the different tables that you can then download your information, sorry I don't remember that the T code is.
Some companies also have data warehouses where you might be able to access your data from that is eaiser than a direct SAP download.
