Hello all ,
Does anyone know a quick guidance/tutorial (video, web page) I can use to learn how to import GL in word document (text)?
I had a quick go but I cannot get the GL into the shape I wanted to see it in IDEA.
Any help is much appreciated.

Is it in a table in word? If so I would try copying it to Excel and then bringing it in with Excel. You might also trying saving it as a plain text file and use the report reader to bring it in. I guess it depends how formatted the word document is, hopefully they didn't make it too complicated..

Unfortunately the data in word is not provided in table format.
I tried to move it onto Excel with text to format fuction but there is still not much help. I will go with the text file as report reader is pretty straightforward.
From your image you should be able to bring this in using the Report Reader.
